I am Taylor Sieg, a Customer Service Specialist at Steel City Insurance Deals, currently working from sunny Murrells Inlet, SC. I grew up in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and earned my bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Shippensburg University. My passion for insurance began during college through internships with a health insurance company and an insurance broker. I am fully licensed in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health, which allows me to guide clients through a wide range of insurance needs. What excites me most about my work is helping people understand how insurance protects the things they care about most. I enjoy serving families, seniors, and individuals who want confidence in their coverage. My goal is to bridge the gap between knowing insurance is important and understanding how it actually works, so every client feels informed, supported, and empowered to make the right choices. When I’m not helping clients, you can usually find me enjoying my love of horror movies. During the Halloween season, I make it a point to visit local haunted house attractions and embrace all the spooky fun with friends and family. I bring that same energy and enthusiasm to my work, ensuring every client receives the guidance and attention they deserve.
