I’m Ashley Dively, Agents Executive Assistant and Customer Service Manager at Steel City Insurance Deals. I grew up in Western Pennsylvania and currently live in Rockwood, PA, where I’ve spent the last eight years working from home while serving clients across the region. With nine years of experience in the insurance industry, I am fully licensed in property and casualty insurance, specializing in auto and home coverage. What excites me most about my work is helping clients understand the ins and outs of insurance, from finding the right coverage to navigating claims. I love guiding families, individuals, and small business owners so they feel confident and informed about their insurance decisions. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve lived, worked, and volunteered in my community, and giving back has always been a big part of my life. I was formerly president of the Somerset Women’s League (previously the Somerset Welfare League), where we fundraise to support nonprofits like the Children’s Aid Home and other women- and children-focused organizations. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll usually find me spending time with my amazing daughter, Ellie, and my significant other, Jason. We love being outdoors, whether it’s at the country club pool or riding our side-by-side at our camp. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I bring that same dedication and care to every client interaction.
